Conversion reporting pack
A fortnightly written pack that traces listing visits through to order, with notes on drop-off that merchandisers can act on.
Who the pack is for
Teams that already meet weekly and need conversion notes prepared before the trading huddle.
What arrives
Every other Tuesday, a short PDF: a conversion chart for the agreed categories, a table of listings that moved more than a set threshold, and three paragraphs on merchandising causes — photography swaps, badge changes, stock-outs on converting sizes, or delivery copy that changed at checkout.
Included and excluded
Included: template setup in month one, fortnightly packs, and a 20-minute clarifying call if a week looks unusual. Excluded: rewriting the site, bidding on advertisements, and same-day commentary. The pack is reporting, not a live monitor.
Process and duration
Month one is setup: we agree thresholds and the export drop. Thereafter you send a weekly file; we return the pack. Minimum three months so seasonal noise does not dominate a single fortnight.
Fee
From £1,650 per month for two categories. Extra categories are quoted. Cancel with 30 days’ notice after the minimum.
